Gift vouchers can be transferred to another person for a small administration fee.

Refunds are at the discretion of Fly Scotland and will only be issued to the original purchaser. Refunds will incur a fee equivalent to 25% of the gift voucher purchase price.

Vouchers that have expired may be extended at the discretion of Fly Scotland and will incur a £25.00 fee.
